GCAP Announces Keynotes Corey May and Innes McKendrick, Early Bird extended
Melbourne, Australia. 16 September 2016 – The Game Developers’ Association of Australia is thrilled to announce the keynote speakers for Game Connect Asia Pacific 2016, Corey May (Narrative Director at Certain Affinity), and Innes McKendrick (Programmer at Hello Games, creators of No Man’s Sky).
Corey May is one of the industry’s brightest creative talents. Now working at Certain Affinity as Narrative Director, Corey was previously the primary writer of the Assassin’s Creed series at Ubisoft, and has written for the Prince of Persia series and Batman: Arkham Origins.
Innes McKendrick is one of the UK’s most exciting technical experts. A programmer at Hello Games, creators of No Man’s Sky, Innes is an authority on all things procedural.
“The keynotes are really what set the tone for a conference. Choosing who will keynote GCAP is always one of the more difficult decisions, and this year, we are incredibly excited to have the superbly talented Corey and Innes joining us,” said Tony Reed, CEO of the Game Developers’ Association of Australia. “We’re excited to see what they have to share with the Australian community, and can’t wait to see them in November!”
