Katie wants people to understand how marketing and design are connected.
She is the co-founder of Lumi Consulting, a games marketing consultancy that has worked with Hipster Whale, Midboss, Mighty Games, Opaque Media Group, Unity and more.
Katie co-founded the Blush Box Games Collective established in 2015 to curate a conversation around love, sex and romance in games and successfully crowdfunded a team of Australian developers to attend and create a game at Lyst Summit in Norway.
She is a regular public speaker on marketing for video games, co-developed a games marketing course, and has spoken at Casual Connect Asia, GCAP, Freeplay, PAX Australia and lectured on marketing at AIE and Deakin and sits on the games curriculum advisory board for RMIT.
She volunteers as a mentor for Tech Girl Super Heroes, #SheHacks and was named in the 2016 MCV 30 under 30 awards.
Her favourite games are Chrono Trigger and 10 billion wives.
